Payment

We do ask for a 50% deposit to secure your booking date. As a small business we can only accommodate a few bookings throughout the week so would be heart broken if we were let down last minute, especially if we had someone else looking for the same date/time. This deposit is to ensure commitment to the booking.

Your required booking date is not confirmed until a deposit has been received. Once received an Email confirmation will be sent to you.

Full payment is required 1 week prior to your booking and is non-refundable. If for some reason the booking needs to be altered or moved to a different date please let us know as soon as possible to see what we can do.

A deposit is non-refundable on cancellation. Any damages or lost / stolen equipment will incur a cost equal to its replacement. If such occasion was too occur an email regarding all price information will be sent to you as well as a receipt of the equipment in question as proof of purchase.

Any damage caused to the outdoor bell tent through neglect or malicious damage will result in a full replacement cost.

Cancellations to bell tent bookings will still be charged in full if cancelled due to wet weather. The bell tent can still be used in the rain. Should the weather be seriously bad with high winds or snow then the booking will be cancelled. The deposit will be transferred over to an alternative date.

The pricing quoted on this website is for the Surrey area. Anywhere that is further than a 10 mile radius from Camberley may be subject to a delivery and collection fee.

Usage

Once Upon a Dream Sleepover Company will not be held responsible for any accidents or damage caused by your guests while using our equipment during your hire period. These are made for children and our customers have a duty of care to supervise.

Pets and animals are not permitted in the tents.

Please avoid drinking / eating anything that is sticky or likely to stain whilst using our tents. Any stains or damage to any of the equipment will result in a replacement fee.

Please avoid wearing heavy make-up / fake tan / apply nail polish or facemasks whilst using the equipment.

We request no open fires, smoking or naked lights near or within the bell tent.

Set Up / Collection

A set up / collection time will be arranged with you few days prior to your event, We will do our best endeavours to achieve the agreed time slots during the day, but please be aware there may be delays during the day.

If you require a specific time for us to set up or collect then please let us know in plenty of time so that we can avoid arranging these times with our other bookings.

Each tent space is 1 meter wide and 2 meters long. Please ensure you have appropriate space beforehand – especially for larger bookings. If there isn’t enough space the full amount will still be charged.

Please allow at least an hour to set up and also to pack away ( We may require longer for the bell tent) If possible please ensure there is easy access.

Covid-19

All equipment is thoroughly cleaned before and after use to ensure complete cleanliness.

If you would like us to wear face masks whilst we are on your premises please do let us know.

If anyone in your household are showing any symptoms or are self – isolating, then please let us know immediately so that we can arrange an alternative date.
