15. We require a passageway of at least 3ft wide to deliver your castle and the grass area needs to be reasonably flat and clear of ALL objects including garden toys, furniture, etc. including dog mess and the like.

16. Our castles are all 15ft (4.6m) x 15ft.(4.6m) square with a fixed front safety step of 6ft (2m). Therefore we will need a grassed area of approximately 21ft (6.4m) x 27ft (8.2m). This is to safely secure the castle and ensure a safety zone of 6ft (2m) around the equipment is obtained and should be kept clear at all times and use all anchors provided.

17. In the interest of safety, it is imperative that we drive anchoring stakes into the ground to secure the castle. Our stakes will penetrate to a depth of approx. 300mm, so there should be no problem with us damaging underground pipes or cables because these supposed to be deeper than this. If we do inadvertently cause damages to underground services, we cannot be held responsible for repair.

18. Periodically check that the stakes used to peg down the castle are in place and secure.

 19. It is strongly recommended that the inflatable should not be used in high winds or wet conditions and should be switched off. After rain showers, any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with the aid of a towel.

20. The inflatable should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area. If no shower cover is fitted and in the event of rain, the unit must not be used.

21. If the inflatable is not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower off at the mains, this will assist in ensuring that the equipment is supervised and will also reduce your electric bill!

22. In the event that the blower stops working, ensure ALL users exit the inflatable immediately. Make sure the blower tube has not come loose, the deflation zip is still closed and that nothing is obstructing the blower tube or vents. Failing all this, please contact us for possible further assistance.

23. Always use the plug provided. Only use electrical equipment supplied by us, as all electrical equipment is fully tested to the appropriate Health and Safety Guidelines by a qualified electrician and fitted with British Standard approved connections. These connections are splash proof and can be left out in wet weather although do not allow them to become submerged in water.

24. Do not allow any person to interfere, adjust or repair any electrical item, even if qualified to do so. Failure to do so may result in additional cost for the replacement or repair of damaged parts.

25. The fan which keeps the castle inflated is a demanding electrical appliance, we cannot be held responsible for inadequacies in your power supply which cause it to overheat and subsequently cut-out.

26. Any damage to equipment caused by misuse, neglect, loss or failure to follow these conditions, shall deem the Hire person is liable for full repair or replacement costs in addition to any loss of business as a result of such loss or damage as per hire contract.

27. If weather conditions are unpredictable on the day of your booking, we will telephone you that morning and confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the booking, or cancel and rearrange for a future date, at no additional cost.

It is essential that these rules are adhered to in order to protect the equipment and those using it.
